Teh World News (tehworldnews) is a daily US and world news roundup, operated by Teh World News. Each day we pick the stories shaping the news, starting with the biggest US stories and then the most important stories from around the world, and explain them in short, neutral, plain-language summaries: what happened, who is involved and what to watch next.
How we work
- Verified. Every story is checked against several major news outlets and, where possible, official statements before it is published. Where sources disagree, we say so.
- Original. Every summary is written by us in our own words. We do not copy other outlets' articles.
- Clearly labelled. Stories that are still unfolding are marked Developing, and we add dated updates when key facts change.
- Credited photos. We use freely licensed photos from Wikimedia Commons and credit each author under the photo's license. An older or similar image is marked File photo.
- Neutral. We report what happened and what each side says, without taking sides.
AI disclosure
The host of our short videos is an AI-generated character with an AI-generated voice. It is not a real person. Videos are labelled as AI-generated on the platforms that support it. See How We Report for details.
